Who we are
Authentic Digital Solutions ("ADS", "we", "us") is a digital marketing and growth agency based in New York. This policy covers personal information collected through this website. If you contact us any other way, the same principles apply.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the Brand Fingerprint Audit form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and optionally your website URL, the service you are interested in, your monthly budget range and anything you write in the notes field. We collect this because you asked us for an audit and we cannot produce one without it.
If you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com and you provide your name, email and chosen time there.
If you email us directly, we hold that email and its contents.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the site will still work, just in a fallback typeface.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies on this website. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session recording, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. If that changes, we will update this page and this section before the change goes live.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms relays submissions from the audit form to our inbox.
- Cal.com handles call bookings.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, as described above.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards that tax and contract law requires. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. If you are in California, you can also ask what categories of information we have collected and request deletion. We do not sell your information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Email scale@authenticdigitalsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and access to our inbox and accounts is protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, card numbers or identification documents through the form.
Other websites
This site links to other places, including social profiles, press articles and our booking page. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be obvious rather than buried.
